Elders

The role of the Council of Elders is to be the primary governance group of the church. While the day-to-day running of the church is handled by the Senior Minister, the Senior Leadership Team and the staff, the Council of Elders hold the Senior Minister accountable and give attention to the overall vision, direction and health of the church.
